Engr. Charles A. Osezua, Chairman, Owel-Linkso Group, a foremost Nigerian Gas Engineer, graduated from Texas A&M University, where he obtained a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Natural Gas Engineering.

A onetime past President of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) and member of the Global Gas Policy Council of the International Gas Union (IGU); promoter and founding Managing Director of Gaslink Nigeria Limited; Nigeria’s foremost gas utility company.

A technocrat who championed a number of the early efforts on gas policy development in Nigeria, Engr. Osezua has advised at the highest level of the Industry and Government at different times, haven been a Special Assistant to the Head of State on oil & gas matters; Technical Adviser to the Chairman, NNPC Board; a Member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Board of the Nigerian LNG, 1989 – 1993.

An entrepreneur and a social engineer, Engineer Osezua has promoted a number of businesses and NGOs. He is on a number of Boards and Chairs;

Vallourec Nigeria; providing leading-edge solutions to the oil and gas industry, in the areas of  manufacturing and marketing of tubes designed for oil and gas well equipment encompassing casing, tubing and accessories;

Cordros Capital Limited, a leading Financial Services Company licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC);

The Educational Co-operation Society (ECS), the founders of the Lagos Business School (LBS); the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI), to mention but a few.

Engr. Osezua has received a number of national and international honours including, the title: Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) in 2005, by the Federal Government of Nigeria for his professional excellence and contributions to the development of the Nigerian oil and gas industry;

The European title of the Right Honourable Cavalier of the Order of St. Gregory the Great, by the Pope Benedict XVI in 2006.
