“It gives me great pleasure to participate in this annual event that showcases topical issues in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. As I welcome you all to the annual Nigerian Oil and Gas conference, I am particularly mindful of the strategic position of the industry, not just regarding the economy but also the lives of the ordinary Nigerian, particularly given the events that have taken place in our country over the last few weeks”.
H.E. Diezani Alison-Madueke, Honourable Minister of Petroleum Resources

“I am delighted to be invited to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Conference 2012 to interact with major Stakeholders in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria, and especially to share my thoughts on environmental issues arising from oil exploration and production activities. The continued dependence on carbon-based fuel for energy generation world-wide has aggravated environmental degradation through soil, air and water pollution, ozone layer depletion leading to Climate Change, waste generation, environmental health concerns and disruption of balance in the ecosystem”
H.E. Hadiza Ibrahim Mailafia, Honourable Minister of Environment

“I would like to thank The CWC Group for this invitation to interact with key stakeholders in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry. This annual event continues to capture a wide variety of issues, set business agendas and creates a forum for discussion for the international energy industry”
H.E. Prof Bart Nnaji, Honourable Minister of Power

“The 12th Nigeria Oil & Gas Conference has been the most successful conference so far, judging from the quality of presentations that were made and the quality of discussions that followed and accompanied presentations, and the quality of exhibition, exhibitors and visitors themselves. I would like to congratulate each delegate, each exhibitor and more importantly, the oil and gas industry in Nigeria for what we are seeing in this country.
This has also been an encouragement for NNPC to continue to join other players in the industry, support the annual conference organized by CWC Group. The Federal Government of Nigeria and NNPC pledge to continue to sponsor future events, and especially, NNPC pledges to continue to sponsor the Gala Night every year, as long as this conference continues.”
